How should I store my tea to maintain its freshness?
To keep your tea at its peak, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. While our signature tins are designed for protection, ensure the inner foil pouch is tightly sealed after every use.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium tea collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Are your tea bags plastic-free?
Sustainability is core to our values. Most of our tea bags are made from wood pulp and are staple-free. Our specialty pyramid bags are crafted from corn-starch based PLA, making them biodegradable and safe for the environment.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or if the incorrect product was received. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence to initiate a replacement.
