At Basilur Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every tin; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened tea products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless the product is found to be defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the tea tins or boxes are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
